Working principle:

A layer of workpieces on a flat plate that meets the requirements of the pallet. The flat plate and workpieces move forward until the pallet is perpendicular to the surface. The upper stopper rod descends, and the other three positioning stopper rods start clamping. At this time, the flat plate resets. Each workpiece descends to the pallet plane, with a distance of 10mm between the pallet plane and the bottom surface of the flat plate. The pallet descends by one workpiece height. Repeat the above steps until the stacking of pallets meets the set requirements. The palletizing robot is equipped with a specially designed multifunctional gripper, which can use vacuum suction cups to firmly grip and transport the packaging box regardless of its size or weight
