The horizontal three-axis rotary positioner operates through a high-precision three-axis private servo motor, allowing the dual station switching robot to automatically complete welding. According to the workpiece parameters and rhythm, the robot can be selected for single or dual machine welding operations
The welding unit operation program is as follows: A station assembly, after completion, the robot starts welding A station products by rotating the horizontal axis of the welding positioner 180 degrees. A station products can be flipped at any angle for welding, and personnel can take and install B station components. After completion, the positioner rotates vertically 180 degrees, and the robot welds B station, repeating the welding operation.
The welding positioner can be operated by one person alone, and the operator only needs to stand at the assembly station to reduce labor intensity. The raw materials and finished products can be reasonably arranged, and the positioner is suitable for larger product workpieces
