The GLS-CNC-500H fully automatic aluminum cutting machine is suitable for sawing various shaped non-ferrous metals, aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, copper alloys, plastics, organic glass (acrylic), and carbon fiber materials. It is particularly suitable for precision sawing of busbars, aluminum alloy cable trays, light boxes, screens, audio panels, heat sinks, graphics cards, network cards, hard drive cases, mobile phone aluminum cases, aluminum extrusions, and various shaped materials.
1. The operation of this machine is composed of precision coordination of CNC system, automatic feeding system, cutting system, and auxiliary fixtures.
2. The touch screen control of the CNC system allows for precise cutting by simply placing the material on the material table and inputting the length command to be cut.
3. It can efficiently cut single or multiple materials simultaneously.
4. The material pressing system is driven by precision sliding rails and controlled by pneumatic cylinders. It has high stability in material pressing (the pressing pressure can be adjusted according to the material type to prevent material damage caused by heavy pressure). The pressing height, speed, and sawing speed can be set according to the size and thickness of the material.
5. The spray cooling system is used to suck out the coolant through the air control vacuum valve, and then atomize the trace coolant through compressed air and spray it to the processing area to effectively lubricate the saw blade.
