1. Correct selection: Choose high-quality louvers that have strong cutting force and can adapt to cutting processes of different materials. The heat-resistant and wear-resistant characteristics make it suitable for large-scale equipment grinding and polishing, and have a long service life.
2. Apply appropriate pressure: Overuse can cause the louvers to overload and overheat, accelerating wear and tear. At the same time, without sufficient pressure, the surface cannot be effectively ground, prolonging the grinding time and increasing wear. Therefore, it is necessary to control the appropriate pressure when using louvers.
3. Correct use of angles: The design of the louvers allows them to work at a specific angle, and the choice of angle depends on manufacturing requirements and grinding materials. Usually, the angle of use in a plane or horizontal plane should be between 5-10 degrees. An angle that is too flat can cause the blade particles to wear out too quickly, while an angle that is too high cannot fully utilize the blade, resulting in excessive wear and insufficient polishing in some areas.
