Welding robots are generally composed of a robot body and a set of welding equipment. It is a key equipment in welding production, and operators must undergo learning and training before they can start using it. Here are the safety operating procedures for welding robots:

Safety operation procedures before welding robot operation:

1. Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to conduct a pre startup inspection to confirm that the equipment is in good condition before starting and working.

2. Check whether the voltage, air pressure, and indicator lights are displayed normally, whether the welding fixture is intact, and whether the workpiece is installed in place.

3. Check and clean the site to ensure that there are no flammable or explosive materials (such as oil wipes, discarded oil gloves, paint, thinners, etc.).

4. There should be an isolation board between the two fixture workstations to ensure good and in place shading effect. The passage between welding stations must be kept unobstructed.

Safety operating procedures for welding robots during operation:

1. When starting up, it is necessary to confirm that there are no other workers in the robot's action area.

2. Wear long sleeved work clothes, work gloves, protective glasses, and avoid wearing shoes that expose the feet to prevent welding slag burns.

3. Fingers, hair, clothing, etc. should not be close to the rotating parts of the wire feeding device to avoid getting caught in accidents.

4. When operating, it is important to be meticulous and attentive. The workpiece should be placed in place, and the clamping device of the fixture fixture must be firmly pressed. When removing the welded workpiece, it must be kept away from the welding area.

5. During welding work, it is strictly prohibited for other personnel to enter the robot's operating range area.

6. If any abnormalities or welding quality issues are found during the operation of the robot, immediately stop the machine for repair. Non professional personnel are not allowed to move without authorization.

7. Cleaning the site, wiping the robot body, debugging, maintenance, and other work must be carried out after shutdown.

Operating procedures for welding robots after shutdown:

1. Turn off the air circuit device and cut off the power supply of the equipment.

2. Clean up the welding nodules, dust, and debris in the welding area, and wipe off the robot body, electrical box, and other parts. Keep records of equipment inspections.
